Our Mission
Wired Worship exists to bridge the gap between technical knowledge and solid Biblical foundations for the ministry work we do. Behind this project is a God-given desire to see the Church as a whole learn to use and accept modern technical elements in the production of services, while maintaining good stewardship and Biblical priorities and focus throughout creative arts ministry.
The size of your church doesn't matter: Wired Worship conversations are geared towards all sizes of church and all kinds of leaders and servants in creative ministry. Whether you are your local church's volunteer "sound guy", an employed production or media specialist, or a creative director or pastor, it is my sincere hope that you find this content encouraging and supportive of your ministry endeavors.
Meet the Host
John Faris is a California-based follower of Jesus Christ with years of experience leading church production and creative teams. John is currently employed at Sun River Church in Rancho Cordova, CA, where he leads and shepherds the production and media teams to create for the glory of God. On the side, John supports various NorCal churches and organizations with quality audio/visual design, strategy, and implementation. Wired Worship is the latest endeavor for John as he pursues the Lord's calling to lead and use his technical gifts to build the Kingdom up and raise up the next generation of leaders.
